These guys are absolutely wonderful. I am so grateful to them. The effort they put into helping people is unbelievable. The first time I went there my transmission blew. They got in contact with my dealer for me. They gave us and our big tog a ride all the way to kc. Michael Green and Galen Brewer were so nice and helpful. Then getting a new car I referred to them and Galen helped me out with advice on vehicles. Basically helped me search for a car. Anything I need related to a vehicle they are on it. Never had such a wonderful experience with any auto shop ever. Usually have shops trying to scheme or get you for your money or just lazy. Complete automotive is a little pricey but 100% worth every penny.

I never give 5 star ratings but this place earned it. I spoke to Tori and explained my emergency situation. She directed me to their closest location, called ahead and told them my situation so they were ready when we got there. They got it diagnosed within 15 minutes and had me on the road again in under 2 hours and charged a very fair price. Saved our mini vacation. HIGHLY recommend.

We were traveling and began having trouble with our vehicle. We started calling to see if anyone could help us the same day. We reached Tori, who told us her location could not get us in, but we were actually closer to their other location, and they could. She texted us the address and said she would call ahead and tell them we were on our way. We got there, and they got us right in, found the problem, got it fixed, and on our way. These were the nicest guys! We are from Festus, MO, and we would be so lucky to have a shop like this in our town. We cannot thank you all enough for your help. I would recommend Galen and his guys at this shop to anyone. 10 our of 10 from the Bluckers
